Although open enrollment season is a very important time for both the employee and her family, it can take a strong constitution to read through the sea of paperwork that comes along with it. It is paramount that the employer discovers innovative ways to reach and hold their employee's attention. E-magazines are a familiar form factor used for delivering all matter of communications digitally.
Working with Smith Communication Partners, Scott was able to design an e-magazine that both engaged and informed the reader. For the Mayo Clinic, the e-magazine became a confluence of benefits information, benefit-related forms, video, animation, audio, and links to vendor websites—all delivered in a way that transcends the traditional way employees and new hires receive benefits information.
