Smith Communication Partners
Often referred to as a management consulting firm Smith may be more aptly described as an internal communications company. Both technically and creatively endowed, Smith consists of highly skilled craftspersons versed in HR, benefits, wellness, compensation, onboarding, merger, acquisition, and training communications.
As founding partner and creative director Scott developed Smith's identity system, coauthored Smith's vision, developed creative processes, established design guidelines, and participated in new business efforts. In addition to co-developing Smith’s brand he oversaw creative teams that included designers, photographers, web programmers, writers, fabricators, and the client.
Since its inception Scott helped grow Smith from a start up to a sought-after creative studio with annual revenues upwards of $3 million.
